GSA OASIS+

The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)+ Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) is a Government-wide, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) General Services Administration (GSA) acquisition program for services. The program is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for commercial and non-commercial requirements, all contract types and pricing determined at the task order level to achieve a total solution.

The total solution for supplies and services includes continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) task orders with no maximum dollar ceiling for the Master Contract or individual task orders. The IDIQ inclides eight domains; Management and Advisory; Technical and Engineering; Research and Development; Intelligence Services; Enterprise Solutions; Environmental Services; Facilities; Logistics.

GSA ASTRO

ASTRO broadly scoped series of contract vehicles encompassing virtually all services supporting or involving manned, unmanned, or optionally manned platforms and robotics.

ASTRO is administered by the General Services Administration’s (GSA's) Office of Assisted Acquisition Service (AAS). It is a family of ten separate, individual, Multiple Award (MA), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts called functional pools. The appropriate pool is selected for task order solicitation based upon the preponderance of work in the requirement being solicited. ASTRO Pools include Data Operations, Mission Operations, Aviation, Ground, Space, Maritime, Research, Support, Training, and Development/Systems Integration.

M1 is an awardee on the Aviation and Ground pools.

Contracted Maintenance, Modification, Aircrew, and Related Services (CMMARS)

Contracted Maintenance, Modification, Aircrew, and Related Services (CMMARS) is a Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) platform-level Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), Multiple Award Contract (MAC), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with individual task orders that address specific CLS requirements to meet the unique needs of each platform. CMMARS task orders include aircraft platform(s), integrally related-systems(s), integrally related weapons system(s), location(s), related service(s), and/or level(s) of maintenance supported.

The scope of CMMARS includes performing modification, maintenance, inspection, and repair of US Government and FMS aviation platforms or systems, such as fixed-wing aircraft, rotary-wing aircraft, unmanned systems, airships, lighter than air vehicles, aircraft components, aircraft subsystems, weapons, engineering services, aircrew services, support equipment, and aviation related systems. Efforts include organizational, intermediate/field, and depot/sustainment level maintenance support at customer locations in continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). Aircraft include C-40, E-6B, F-5, H-53, P-8A, T-54, T-45, T-6A, TH-73, UC-35, UC-12, V-22.

CFT

Contract Field Team (CFT) is a Department of Defense (DoD)-wide, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides rapid labor augmentation capability for all levels of Organizational, Intermediate and Depot level maintenance and modification support services on fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft; Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs); Vertical Takeoff and Landing Unmanned Autonomous Vehicles (VTOL-UAVs); utility, special purpose, and tactical ground vehicles; jet engines and components; and ground support equipment.

Aircraft include virtually every fielded DoD weapon system including: F-15, F-16, and F-18 fighter aircraft; T-38 fighter trainer aircraft; A-10 close air support/attack aircraft; B-1 and B-2 heavy bombers, and U-2 high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft; UH-1, AH-64, HH-60, MH-60, UH-60, MH-47, and MH-53 rotary-wing aircraft; and C-2, C-40, and C-130 cargo/utility/passenger aircraft.

Aircraft Maintenance Enterprise Solutions (ACES)

ACES is an Air Force Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Multiple Award Contract (MAC), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), with individual task orders that are specific to an Air Force Base location. The ACES MAC scope includes services such as Organizational-level maintenance including aircraft ground handling, launch/recovery, periodic/phase inspections, scheduled/unscheduled maintenance; Intermediate-level maintenance including off-equipment maintenance and backshops; Flightline Support including maintenance management on multiple Mission Data Series (MDS) aircraft at a particular location. Aircraft include A-10, T-1A, T-38, T-6A, C-32A, C-37A/B, C-40, F-15, F-16, F-22, and F-35.

Consolidated Helicopter Maintenance Contract

The Air Force Consolidated Helicopter Maintenance Contract is a Multiple Award Contract (MAC), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), with individual task orders that are specific to an Air Force Base location. Task Orders include performance of full spectrum, turn key maintenance operations, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7) supporting organizational and intermediate level maintenance, repairs, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, scheduled inspections, Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs), Time Change Items (TCIs) and One Time Inspections (OTIs), Plans, Scheduling and Documentation (PS&D), and fleet management. The IDIQ supports Air Force helicopters, mission support equipment, and aircrew services to meet the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC), and Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) missions and additional potential missions. Aircraft include UH-1N, HH-60, MH-139, and V-22.
